JLA General Meeting 2005 is held today. I've been president of JLA for 4 years. It's time to shift to the new generation. I resign president today. By office work failure, we found a budget is unsuitable and we agree we need to reconsider a proper budget. Boards will propose new bugdet and discuss on this some day.

Kenichi Handa, upstream author of m17n patch, has fixed the html generation problem. I've applied this patch and packaged it as 1.11b-4.
